As you will be producing a prototype ( working model) of your lighting design it is necessary for you to consider Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) issues that you will be confronted with in this process. The assessment task requires that you identify hazards and implement effective risk management strategies in order to ensure a safe work environment in which to produce your light. Safety includes not only your safety but the health and safety of others who may also be using the workshop.
